Roça S. João is located in the district of Cauê, near the city of Angolares in São Tomé and Príncipe. Following an integrated development project, Roça S. João was structuring activities that support each other – tourism, agriculture, livestock, gastronomy, dances and songs, handicrafts, the transformation of local products, History and the environment.
The old colonial administration was transformed into a guesthouse. The space is graciously furnished with pieces and colonial objects, recovered in Roça itself, that maintain the original trait. There are magnificent views from the large first floor balcony over the sea and the mountains or from the esplanade / restaurant on the Bay of Santa Cruz. We have electricity 24h / day and hot water.
